Before we align on strategy, it helps to align on who we really are — including the parts we don't always see.

Hogan
Assessment reveals how each team member shows up at their best, what derails them under stress, and what truly drives their decisions. When leaders and co-founders understand these patterns, alignment stops being a surface-level agreement — it becomes a shared language for navigating tension, making decisions, and growing together.

I often recommend starting with Hogan before an intensive alignment session, or integrating it as part of the process for leadership teams who want to go deeper.
