The process:

1. Reach out
2. Proceed with payment and receive instructions with a link to the assessments.
3. I’ll take it from there, prepare the results analysis, interpretation and coaching feedback.
4. In about a week after the assessment we’ll meet for an individual 1-1,5h Hogan feedback session*.
* For team assessment (designed for 3-12 team members, but can accommodate a maximum of 30) it takes a bit longer to generate reports and prepare the feedback, bullpark is about 2 weeks after the assessment.
- Describe the challenges and needs of your organization / team / personal development.
- We’ll choose the best suited assessment and report for you (and schedule a free intake call if needed).
2. Proceed with payment and receive instructions with a link to the assessments.

It’s easy, each assessment consists of approximately 150-200 questions and will require around 1h in total.
3. I’ll take it from there, prepare the results analysis, interpretation and coaching feedback.
4. In about a week after the assessment we’ll meet for an individual 1-1,5h Hogan feedback session*.
