Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory


The inside of personality refers to the goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain or what kind of culture we will tend to create at work.
By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive and thrive.

The process:

1. ︎︎Drop me a line.
  • Describe the challenges and needs of your organization / team / personal development. 
  •  We’ll choose the best suited assessment and report for you (and schedule a free intake call if needed). 

2. Proceed with payment and receive instructions with a link to the assessments.
  • It’s easy, each assessment consists of approximately 150-200 questions and will require 15-20 minutes.

3. I’ll take it from there, prepare the results analysis, interpretation and coaching feedback.

4. In about a week after the assessment we’ll meet for HOGAN feedback session.
It takes ~ 1-1,5h for an individual feedback*. 

* For team assessment (designed for 3-12 team members, but can accommodate a maximum of 30) it takes a bit longer to generate reports and prepare the feedback, bullpark is about 2 weeks after the assessment.




Cost:


Starting from €520-750 for individual (report + assessor’s work: interpretation and feedback session), depending on the assessment type.

Hogan Team report starts from €2500.
